What You Bring

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in coaching, consulting, or a related professional field
A solid foundation in leadership principles and personal development methodologies
Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with confidence in virtual environments (Zoom, etc.)
Proficiency with digital platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for outreach and relationship-building
