Job Summary

Summary: WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, AND PROFESSIONAL CORNER LOUNGE ATTENDANT TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE TO GUESTS IN OUR PREMIUM CORNER LOUNGE AREAS. THE ATTENDANT WILL ENSURE GUESTS ENJOY A COMFORTABLE, WELCOMING EXPERIENCE BY ASSISTING WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE, MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS, AND RESPONDING PROMPTLY TO GUEST NEEDS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS OUTGOING, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND ABLE TO WORK EFFICIENTLY IN A FAST-PACED SPORTS ENVIRONMENT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

**WE WILL BE HIRING 2 CORNER LOUNGE ATTENDANT TO RUN OPERATIONS DURING UTAH JAZZ HOME GAMES AND 1 CORNER LOUNGE ATTENDANT TO RUN OPERATIONS DURING UTAH MAMMOTH HOME GAMES**

CORE DUTIES:

• Setup and maintain buffet/snack station presentation and tidiness in both lounge areas. 
• Stock buffet, beverages, snacks and condiments.
• Clean and break down post-event.
• Relay client needs and update Shift Lead on service status.
• Build rapport with guests to ensure great experience.
• Clean stations, refill as needed and monitor guest access. 
• Assist in prep or Skybox support if lounge service is light. 

PRE-SHIFT:

• Stock soda, water, popcorn and candy in C4 and C21.
• Confirm setup cleanliness and signage. 

IN-SERVICE:

• Refill products, tidy areas, restock as needed.
• If no buffet, assist with pantry prep or Skybox service. 

POST-SHIFT:

• Clean and reset both corners for next event. 
• Complete inventory count paperwork.
• Restock product or prepare for next shift. 
• Clean and sanitize all service ware that does not return back to the scullery departmnt. 
• Debrief Shift lead.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-energy environment. 
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based around event schedule. Typical shift 3:00m to 11:00pm.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to hande multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must obtain valid Utah Food Handlers Permit
• Must obtain valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate (if 21 years or older).
