Job Description

Position Overview:

Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist, providing essential early intervention services to young children in Wyoming, NY, and surrounding areas including Livingston, Genesee, and Orleans counties. This role offers flexibility and a chance to make a significant impact in the lives of children from birth to age 5, across diverse settings such as homes, daycares, preschools, and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver itinerant therapeutic services to young children.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to meet the evolving needs of children and their families.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload within a localized territory.
  • Opportunity to work during summers for additional engagement and support.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • New York State license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is desirable.
  • CFYs are encouraged to apply.
