Job Description

2025-2026 Compensation Grid - SLPs who hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by ASHA would be placed on the far right column

An additional 7% will be paid to Speech-Language Pathologists working in their areas of expertise.

Up to $1,500 sign-on bonus for hire new to the district, paid with the first pay period

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate from approved program in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate or license from Kansas Department of Education or Kansas Department of Health and Environment
