Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a motivated Showing Agent to support a top-producing team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field. In this role, you will assist with property showings, support buyer activity, and gain exposure to real-world transactions in a fast-moving and collaborative setting. Add Value: • Access to proven lead systems • Ongoing training from experienced agents • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Exposure to active buyer transactions from start to close Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Professional in attitude and appearance • A real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
