Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $58,790 per year Description We are seeking a dynamic and talented Public Relations Specialist to join our team and help us shape and communicate our brand narrative to diverse audiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing public relations strategies that enhance our company's visibility and reputation. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Craft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to convey key messages.
• Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
• Monitor news coverage and social media mentions while analyzing the impact of PR campaigns.
• Organize and manage press events, product launches, and media outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive messaging and branding strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with journalists and influencers.
• Proficient in using social media platforms for brand promotion and engagement.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
