Position Overview
As an LPN placed by Global Elite Healthcare, you will deliver direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and best practices in geriatric nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
Accept and transcribe telephone orders accurately into the medical record.
Maintain inventory of medications and clinical supplies; coordinate with pharmacy/suppliers.
Conduct and document comprehensive assessments on admission, transfer, and discharge.
Identify resident needs and implement appropriate care plans and interventions.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Current LPN license in the State of Hawaii (required).
Experience in geriatric nursing or long-term care preferred.
Proficient in medical terminology and clinical documentation.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred (training can be provided onsite).
