Job Description
This position is for on-site technicians who will work directly with customers. We are looking for knowledgeable, experienced technicians with great customer service skills. The candidates need to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily Windows-based environment. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills.
