As an Associate Product Manager on the Airport Operations’ Workforce Technology product management team, you will influence the future of workforce software that empowers frontline teams. You’ll help deliver intelligent solution that improve staffing efficiencies, support on-time performance, and elevate the employee and customer experience. Your work will directly impact airport employees deliver a world class experience to our customers. You will:

 

• Align priorities across multiple application backlogs, coordinating cross-functional teams and integrated capabilities to streamline the staff experience across domestic airports for managers, fleet service agents, and customer care teams.
• Synthesize complex information for multiple data-sources to support real time decision-making and automation.
• Advocate for the airport workforce and customers throughout the product lifecycle –ensuring their needs are reflected in every stage of development.
• Apply your creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to transform complex challenges into actionable roadmaps ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcome.

• Support long-term and cross-functional product initiatives with broad scope and unique stakeholder needs. 
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), DevOps practices, and analytics to support portfolio needs.
• Contribute management oversight of Roadmap tool.
• Communicate OKRs, roadmap updates, and upcoming releases.
• Help manage backlog health, promote user adoption, and helps drive incremental value delivery.
• Collaborates with internal team members (i.e. UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, Security.
• Influences leaders, squads and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs and upcoming releases.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/ Product Marketing (ex: product analyst, user researcher, product owner, etc.) or greater than 5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Agile product management tools such as Jira, Azure, DevOps, and Aha!
• Advanced presentation, communication, and influencing skills.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Relevant certifications in Product Management (Scrum, SAFe)
• Has strong knowledge/expertise of process methodologies.
