We are currently seeking a dynamic TREATMENT COORDINATOR to join our privately owned, patient-centered practice in TN. As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality dental care and building lasting relationships with our patients.

What We’re Looking For:

• A patient-first mentality with a passion for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients.
• An appetite to grow professionally and take initiative.
• Knowledge of Dentrix.
• A positive, can-do team player who collaborates well with others.
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly and effectively, including a comfort with 
financial conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and making them feel at ease with every interaction.
• Assisting in managing the schedule to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Managing incoming calls and addressing patient questions with care and precision.
• Processing payments and financials transactions when patients check out.
• Presenting treatment plans to patients and explaining timelines and financial options clearly.
• Working closely with the entire team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
