POSITION – Accounting Assistant

JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Part Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 15–20 hours per week (Flexible scheduling available)

STARTING PAY – $24 per hour

As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the business with daily accounting and administrative tasks. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and working with QuickBooks and Excel to keep financial records accurate and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process payroll with accuracy and confidentiality
• Enter and reconcile data in QuickBooks
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
• Utilize Excel formulas for reporting and data analysis
• Support with other administrative and office tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time schedule
